Ms. Holderman is internationally recognized as one of the leading authorities in the facility infection prevention and control industry and has provided best practices training and consultation throughout the United States, Europe, Russia, India, and the Middle East.
Tricia holds a Certificate of Mastery in Infection Prevention (CMIP) from the Association for the Health Care Environment (AHE), a Professional Membership Group of the American Hospital Association.
With over four decades of experience, Tricia Holderman has uniquely positioned herself to meet the demands of a germ-conscious society. A nationally recognized speaker and author, she has presented in many webinars and conventions as well as PTA’s and Civic clubs. She has appeared frequently in print media and on numerous television and radio shows.
Tricia wrote GERMINATOR: The Germ Girl’s Guide To Simple Solutions In A Germ Filled World, reaching number 1 Best Seller's list in five categories on Amazon .Success magazine awarded Ms. Holderman the Greatest Business Comeback and featured her on its cover; By Age 33, Tricia’s expertise earned her a position developing new, safer, more effective cleaning solutions as a member of Procter and Gamble’s advisory board for commercial products. In 2009 she was awarded the Spirit of Texas Small Business Award by the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
In April 2022, Tricia was awarded the International Sanitary and Supply’s Advocate of the Year In Washington, D. C. for her work educating the public and officials during the pandemic.
Tricia is a Crohn’s disease and cancer survivor, withstanding over 65 surgeries (in addition to minor heart attacks): 6 (six) hip replacements and several ileostomy and intestinal surgeries. She has put her health issues to good use by helping her clients understand the patient point of view which is becoming increasingly more important in healthcare settings. She has been involved politically, campaigning for state office and helping elected officials understand small business and healthcare issues.
Ms. Holderman has been self employed since she was 17 years old.
